What 3 pieces of advice would you give women in this industry?

When working on an issue for the business, I think it is very helpful to make sure that the solution appropriately considers how it impacts the business.

I find it very important to make sure you have a good understanding of the industry even if you work in a role that can cross many different industries.

Understanding and managing your own budget is a good way to help relate to both advisors and their clients. 

What is your greatest professional accomplishment?

I am very proud of my career in the Navy JAGC. It is important to me that I had an opportunity to serve my country and learn valuable lessons about collaboration and working with discipline and structure. 

What has been your greatest professional challenge?

Finding the right balance between my professional life and my personal life continues to be a challenge for me.
