What 3 pieces of advice would you give women in this industry?

Don’t be afraid to go after what you want, even if you don’t think you have the “right” qualifications.

Showcase your accomplishments throughout the year, and don’t wait until your annual review. By then it may be too late to make an impact.

Be willing to change and adapt and take on new responsibilities to achieve your goals.

What is your greatest professional accomplishment?

The relationships I have built with my colleagues and clients and being someone they trust to provide sound counsel and advice.

What has been your greatest professional challenge?

Working with an eight-month-old during a pandemic. I am working 100% remote while caring for my son. Some days I feel like I am just trying to stay above water.
